Terms of service
The rules for using this site and for a Raw Days coaching membership, in plain language.
1. Who we are
Raw Days is a brand of [Company legal name, to confirm], a company in Florida, USA ("Raw Days", "we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@rawdays.com. "You" means the person using the site or holding a membership.
2. What Raw Days is
Raw Days sells online strength and fitness training. Depending on your membership, that's a self-guided library of training programs, or a plan written by a coach with weekly check-ins, messages, form reviews by video and video calls. Everything is delivered in the Raw Days app, which runs in your web browser.
Raw Days is not a medical service. Coaches are not doctors, physical therapists or dietitians, and nothing they write is a diagnosis or treatment. Read Health and safety before you start.
3. Who can join
- You must be 18 or older and live in the United States.
- You complete the readiness questions before your first program or plan starts and answer them honestly. If any answer is yes, we may ask you to get a doctor's go-ahead first.
- You keep your account details correct and your login to yourself.
4. Prices, billing and renewal
- Prices are on the pricing page. Before you pay, checkout shows the price, how often you'll be charged, when the first charge happens and how to cancel. You agree to those terms by ticking a box that's separate from anything else on the page.
- Memberships renew automatically each month, quarter or year until you cancel. We charge the card you gave us on the renewal date.
- Founding prices last as long as your membership runs without a break. If it ends and you rejoin, the price at that time applies.
- We send a reminder before each yearly renewal, and before any price change; a new price never applies until you've had at least 30 days' notice and the chance to cancel.
- Sales tax is added where a state requires it.
- If a payment fails, we try again over the next 7 days and tell you. If it still fails, coaching pauses until the payment goes through or you cancel.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, online, in the same place you manage your membership, or by emailing us. The full rules, including the 30-day refund on your first payment, are on Cancellation and refunds, which is part of these terms.
6. Your health
Exercise carries a risk of injury. You decide whether and how hard to train, and you stop and get help if something feels wrong. Program members choose and run programs themselves; nobody reviews their training. Coached members tell their coach about injuries, conditions, medications that affect exercise, and pregnancy, and the coach's plan is general fitness guidance based on what they're told.
7. Coaches
- Coaches are independent professionals who meet our standards and coach through Raw Days. We check their certification, CPR/AED, insurance and background before they're listed.
- You can switch coaches at any time. If a coach falls short of our code of conduct, tell us and we'll act on it.
- Coaching happens through Raw Days. Please don't arrange to pay a Raw Days coach privately for the same coaching while you're a member.
8. Your content and ours
Your check-ins, messages and videos stay yours. You let us and your coach store and use them to coach you and run the service, and for nothing else unless you say so. How we handle them is in the privacy policy.
The programs, the app, our exercise descriptions and this site are ours or our coaches'. You can use your plans for your own training and share them with your doctor or physical therapist. Please don't resell or republish them.
9. Using the service fairly
Don't harass coaches or staff, upload anything illegal or anyone else's private information, try to break into the service, or use it to sell something. We can suspend or end a membership for this; if we end it for any reason other than your breach, we refund the unused part of what you paid.
10. Other services we use
The Raw Days app is ours. Payments go through a payment processor, and the app and site run on hosting from other companies. The payment processor's terms also apply when you pay. We'll name these companies on the privacy page before launch.
11. Limits on our liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or injury caused by negligence where the law doesn't allow a limit, or your rights as a consumer under the law of your state.
12. Disputes
If something goes wrong, email us first and give us 30 days to put it right. Florida law governs these terms, without taking away protections the law of your own state gives you. You can bring a claim in small claims court where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email members at least 30 days before the change applies. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then and get back the unused full months of what you've paid.
