The program library

Eleven multi-week programs you run on your own in the Raw Days app. Pick one, follow the sessions, log what you lift, and move to the next one when it ends. No coach, no check-in: the plan is written, you train it.

Every program is included in the Program membership.

The app is built. We're putting the Raw Days name on it and setting up member accounts before anyone can sign in.

Every exercise, explained

Each of the 947 exercises has the same five parts, so you're never guessing at form.

  • Steps: how to do it, in order.
  • Cues: the two or three things to think about during the set.
  • Common mistakes: what usually goes wrong and how to fix it.
  • Safety notes: when to choose an easier version, and when to stop.
  • Target muscles: what it trains.

Example of the layout, written for this page

Goblet squat

Quads, glutes, adductors · dumbbell or kettlebell

Steps

  1. Hold one dumbbell upright at your chest, elbows under it.
  2. Feet a little wider than your hips, toes slightly out.
  3. Sit down between your heels until your elbows are near your knees.
  4. Stand up by pushing the floor away.

Cues

  • Chest tall, weight close.
  • Knees travel in line with your toes.

Common mistakes

  • Heels lifting: go less deep, or raise your heels on a small plate.

Safety notes

  • Sharp knee pain: stop, and use a box squat to a height that doesn't hurt.

Questions

Which program should I start with?

New, or coming back after a long break: Beginner Calisthenics, or a week of the free plan first. Used to a gym: Upper / Lower or Full Body Barbell, then Push Pull Legs. Handstand, Planche and Rings are for people with a solid calisthenics base. The quiz will also suggest one.

Can I switch programs halfway through?

Yes. Your logs stay, and the new program starts at week one.

Is there a coach in the Program membership?

No. Program is self-guided: the plan is written and the app tracks what you do. For a coach who writes your weeks and reads your check-in, choose Coached.

Do I need to download anything?

No. The app runs in your phone's browser; you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.

What happens when I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We keep your logs for 12 months in case you come back, unless you ask us to delete them.
