Cancel any time
How cancelling, refunds and automatic renewal work. The short version: cancel online in a couple of clicks, and your first payment is refundable for 30 days.
Cancel from your account, the same place you manage your membership. Or email us. No phone call, no "are you sure" maze.
Your first payment back in full if you ask within 30 days of it. No reason needed.
Reminder before every yearly renewal and at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
How to cancel
- In your account, choose Membership, then Cancel. It takes effect straight away and you get an email confirming it.
- Or email contact@rawdays.com from the address on your account with "Cancel my membership" in the subject. We confirm within one business day; the cancellation counts from when you sent it.
- We may offer you a pause or a cheaper option once, on the same screen. You can say no in one click and finish cancelling.
- After you cancel, you keep coaching until the end of the period you've paid for. Nothing renews.
Refunds
Your first payment
If you're new to Raw Days, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund all of it, whatever the plan. This applies once per person.
Monthly plans after 30 days
No refund for the current month; you keep access to its end. Founding prices are monthly, so this covers founding members too.
Quarterly and yearly plans after 30 days
We refund the full months you haven't started, after charging the months you've used at the regular monthly price instead of the discounted one.
Example: a yearly Coached plan costs $1,430. You cancel during month 5. Five months at $149 is $745, so we refund $685.
If we end your membership, or can't coach you
If we close your membership for any reason other than a breach of the terms, or can't find you a coach for more than 7 days, we refund the unused part of what you paid.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Pausing
Injured, travelling, or just a hard month? Pause instead of cancelling, for up to 8 weeks once a year. Nothing is charged while you're paused, and your founding price stays.
Automatic renewal
Raw Days memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Before you pay, the checkout page shows, next to the button you press:
- that the membership renews automatically until you cancel;
- how much you'll be charged and how often, and the date of the first charge;
- how to cancel, with a link to this page.
You agree to the renewal terms with a separate tick box. Straight after, we email you a confirmation with the same terms and how to cancel.
- Yearly plans: a reminder 30 to 60 days before each renewal, with the price and how to cancel.
- Quarterly plans: a reminder 7 days before each renewal.
- Price changes: at least 30 days' notice by email before a new price applies to you, so you can cancel first.
The rules we follow
We wrote this to meet the strictest automatic-renewal rules we sell under:
- The federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA): clear terms before you pay, your express consent, and a simple way to stop charges.
- The California Automatic Renewal Law (Business and Professions Code sections 17600 to 17606): consent to the renewal terms, cancellation online, reminders, and notice before price changes.
- Florida's automatic renewal statute (section 501.165): renewal terms disclosed clearly, a notice 30 to 60 days before longer contracts renew, and cancellation by the same means you signed up.
The FTC's 2024 "click-to-cancel" amendments to its Negative Option Rule were struck down by a federal court in 2025, and in February 2026 the FTC restored the rule's earlier text. In March 2026 it asked for public comment on new changes. We already let you cancel online as easily as you joined, whatever the rule ends up saying.
